Application
Thoroughly cleanse the skin and dry. Dispense 1 pump of primer serum into palm of hand and apply to face, neck, and eye area. Can be used around eye area. Use without a moisturizer. Let the primer serum soak into skin for 2 minutes before applying mineral makeup base or mineral powder base. This does not contain a sunscreen.
